Yes that's A LOT of Peeps, but it is a gluten free candy and with an Autistic child it is good to stock up.  All of the Easter candy was 90% off.  The pruning sheers were full price at $7 but we needed them.  So everything else was $6.

The year so far

After the first 4 months of this year we have continued to improve on last year's 10 months of results.  We have spent $1,819.95 so far this year and received $5,666.35 worth of free stuff (coupons and sales savings).  Our saving percentage is up from 69% last year to 76% so far this year, so we are getting more for less money.   Our average weekly spending is $106.16 down from $108.86 last year and $175 before coupons.  Which means we have saved $1,180.05 cash from our precouponing budget in just 4 months.

Since we started couponing in March of last year (14 months)  we have spent $6,578.56 and received $16,192.53 worth of free stuff.  Our saving percentage is 71%, and our budget savings is $4071.44 that is cash in our pocket.  Our total savings, both money we didn't spend and stuff we got free, is over $20,000.
